Hi Bill, yes that is exactly what happens if your internet provider is slow to update their DNS entries, you can't reach the site nor be able to send an email to that domain. Glad it resolved for you, in rare cases it can take longer than 72 hours.

Yes the website moved to a new server on Friday, it sometimes takes 24-72 hours or so for the entire internet DNS system to catch up. It should clear up for you guys this week, this is an unfortunate effect of moving to a new server.

Hi Ben the system is set to log-in every 7 days only. So something may be up with the local browser you are using. I only have to log in once every seven days, can you try it in a different browser and see if you have to log-in daily? I'll keep a watch on that to be sure it's local to you...
