Remove permanent marker stain Hoover 28

The Home Depot The Home Depot did a great job matching the paint on my Hoover 26. Get the sample size of Behr Marquee (built in primer) Remove the hood, and blot it on with a foam (sponge-type) brush. It'll come out well.

    Electrolux LX questions?

Hi! I got my first railed Electrolux, a blue LX. It was absolutely filthy when I got it. After cleaning it, I noticed that there is a large dent in the side. How would I remove the panels to remove the dent? Also, is there a serial number database for Electroluxes?

    Eureka 260 flyer

I got this Eureka 260 flyer from the McLean Museum, and was wondering if the "Cam Lock" described on the bag means those "Heavy Duty Commercial" bags meant for the Sanitaire Tradition would fit earlier Eurekas as well. I just assumed that all Eureka F and G outer bags were attached with two...

    Eureka 260 Serial Numbers

Thanks! Paul, Thanks! I'm glad I could help! Hoover300--The scrapbooks contain a lot of the info. Really, the key is to ask them more about the periods. I'll save that for my next round. (They have a very small staff.)

    Eureka 260 Serial Numbers

<span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Here is some of the data from the shipping record, which I have reformatted slightly. My hunch is that serial number 75037 (May 1964) is the last 260-B before it was replaced with the 260-E. (It's circled and underlined on the...

    Eureka Shipping Record 1964

Date code? Paul, is there anywhere on my 260-E that is likely to have a date code? It's a metal base.

    Eureka Shipping Record 1964

Hi, Paul The reason why I'm wondering if the numbers may not have rolled over is that they didn't when it changed from 260-A to 260-B. My 260-EK has the serial number 75059, which is 20 numbers away from 5/1964's high serial number of 75037. My rough theory (for now) is that somewhere in the...
