    Are Fantom vacuums really "rare"?

Fantom I have seen two, maybe, in the last 2 years in my area. One of which was a Thunder that my Mother had to have (she liked mine so well) and that was found in a junk shop. That was quite a while ago. Then recently I noticed a Thunder sitting at a new junk market it the neighboring town...

    "Crafting scenes of iconic Americana"

Brilliant These photos are beautiful. Everything is just right. The lighting, the angle, and the amazing level of detail. I wonder how long it takes to do a scene? Thank you for posting this. Very enjoyable!

    New Hoover Convertible

Good eye! That isn't a Hoover bolt in the top handle. The previous owner must have lost the original and stuck threaded rod in to sell. An appropriate replacement will find it's way to the Hoover soon. Thank you very much for your advice on cleaning the bag. I will try this tonight.

    Bag Restoration

Fabric Paint? I have never done this but maybe fabric paint is an option. There looks to be enough of the old logo to have a good reference on filling the rest in, and any hobby store should have it. I have no idea how durable it would be though.

First let me say hello to everyone because I'm new here. I have always loved vacuums and no one has ever really understood why. It's great to have finally found a place where people love them too! So I guess this first post will be about a recent discovery inside my 561. I have had this machine...
