i saw this Electrolux sticking out of a wheelie bin and decided to rescue it on getting it home i was suprised to find that its in good condition and just needs a good clean .It stinks of dog and SHAKE and VAC [has to be the most disgusting smell ever ]and its owner had obviously lost the clip...

you may need to gently tap the bearing housing off the bearing should come with it heres a fiew photos that may help you . this brushroll was in a bad state just like yours
