    PurePower or Turbopower 2?

Hi all, My vacuum collection is growing, so, i was wondering what machines to get next. Machines that do take my fancy are the earlier PurePowers and the Turbopower 2s (U2090 etc) Which do you think is best? I'm having trouble deciding what to get next. Cheers! :D

    Cross-eyed Numatic's Thread!!

If only new Numatic Henrys, Hettys, Harrys, James (the lot!) came with the eye stickers like the 80s ones did. That's what would make Henry more 'complete.' I wouldn't mind paying extra for it on the new ones either! I think it would bring more customers in from a marketing perspective.

Dyson DC14 Origin from the carboot!

Hi all, For £25 i picked up this Dyson DC14 Origin. It is a bit dirty and needs a good clean up, let's just say it's seen some (well a lot) action. The brushroll housing was clogged with pet hair and god knows what else! Luckily that has since been removed. People who know me know that i also...

    1998 Hoover Turbopower 2 U2090

I like the Turbopower 2s, my personal favourite out of all of the turbopowers'. I'm after one as well. On the other hand however, the coulour of this machien. At the time this machine was made most Dyson machines we're yellow (well had yellow bin inserts anyway). Seeming as the DC01 took the...

    Dyson DC24

Modern Dysons The DC24 isn't a bad modern Dyson vac. But I feel it's big brother, the DC25, is worth the extra pennies. A bit more reliable too, especially down at the cleaner head. But still, my favourite Dyson and favourite vacuum cleaner of all time is the Dyson DC14 Animal.

The carboot has delivered! (Sort of)

Yes I would like to build a DC07. And yes, price does matter, so budgeting will be important. Also, beko1987, would this chassis include the following: - The spine - Holding screws for the motor cover - and also in good condition? (I don't mind the colour)

The carboot has delivered! (Sort of)

What I need now to complete the restoration is the vacuum body + Motor, the brushbar, soulplate, hose and wand etc. But I really need the body and the motor complete with wheels and all to complete the restoration, and ebay hasn't got much options! :(

The carboot has delivered! (Sort of)

I expected the bin to be bit 'clouded' over but not dusty at all. So now my project is to build my own Dyson DC07 Origin from spare parts. The next thing to get is a DC07 Origin body with a motor inside of it. I also need a hose, cable, airflow ducts, filters etc. What do you guys think? :)
