The product was mainly made out of Acrylic sheeting, which was laser cut into the components needed to assemble the product.

    Product Design inspiration

Hello all! :D   This thread I'm creating is for anyone studying Product Design, either at GCSE or whatever qualification, no matter where you are.   The centre of Product Design is, well....THE PRODUCT! :)   And so, here's my product, called the 'Dawn Sunset' (DL01). I combined...

    ARGOS 2013 Product Placement

I wouldn't send a Dyson into 'battle' like at a school for example. The design of Dyson's vacuum cleaners are designed for domestic homes only.   Dyson can bang on about there testing, but it isn't good enough. You test products properly an actual 'real life' environment, say in someone's...

    ARGOS 2013 Product Placement

Yes indeed, Steve, I have learnt indeed. But I learnt because I saw how crap the newer Dyson products are in real life, specifically when I went to John Lewis in Nottingham once and just felt the DC41, it just doesn't feel quality...   Some Vaxs are great, such as the 121 as well as other...

    ARGOS 2013 Product Placement

Dyson just isn't Dyson anymore... Today, Dyson products have very poor build quality. Yet the market them so well, but the prices just don't match the build quality.   In my view, they stopped making good machines after the DC26, which was the worlds smallest cylinder and was also properly...

My new Cream and brown Numatic Charles CVC370

Talking of YT, I have two channels, though I'm thinking of putting everything back on my main channel which is now labelled as Tim's Transport Videos. Haven't been making a lot of videos recently, college and restoring machines getting in the way, and then I forget to upload stuff.   Is Alex...

Stunning Powerful Dyson DC33 Stubborn refurbished for sale

DC33 is a perfect example of how Dyson just isn't Dyson anymore. It's a step back even beyond the DC07 with apparently having a plastic wand/telescope. The 'hayday' (as I call them, when Dyson was Dyson) models such as the DC08, DC07, DC11, DC14, DC15 have much better quality.

    DC15 vs DC18 vs DC25 vs DC27

Well It would be a sign for you to stop. I'd only post a thread about a Dyson (or any other vacuum cleaner for that matter) if I got one or if was being restored, maybe even a collection update. That's how I usually keep to things.

    DC15 vs DC18 vs DC25 vs DC27

Tayyab, you don't have to create about 500,000 threads now (well it seems like that now) about Dyson. It's getting Annoying for everyone...

    Gadget show review cordless vacs

I find that cordless vacuums will never match the performance of a full size upright (unless it's a DC01, anything can beat that!)

    Hoover Aria - HELP!

Thank you vintagerepairer :) I now know the live goes into the thermal cut out. What about the Neutral (Mains blue wire), what do I with that? would this correspond with the red wire that is seen from the switch to the motor?   (If I come across a bit odd, I'm sorry, but I want to make sure...

    Dyson DC04 Absolute+ Swap

about a 1/3 of UK homes have a Dyson Well, Tayyab, that wouldn't mean every street has one. Every household isn't the same I'm afraid. It would also depend from house to house, my next door neighbour don't have a Dyson, so that isn't everyone :P
