I was thinking the same thing You have the water (weight) sitting on the handle, sloshing around as you are moving it through the house.  Don't see how it could lay down to clean under things without spillage.    My prediction, it will be a mess. 

Yup, as others have already pointed out . . .Not a Kirby attachment.  But I did used to joke that they would come out with the Kirby Roto-tiller attachments sometime soon, so wouldn't doubt it.

All the other stuff aside I am not sure your plan will work. The diameter of the Kirby hose would not easily accommodate the leaves, unless you had already ground them. If that were the case, just let them stay as compost.
