I bought an Elite model U4617-930 on Craigslist for $30 and I'm very happy with it. This is my first "original" Elite since before this one I only had the commercial version. It is in pretty good condition including the hood since there aren't very many scratches on it and the headlight works on...

Can somebody please tell me how to remove the hood off of my Eureka ESP Self-Propelled?? If it had the Dial-A-Nap I would know how to take it off but it has the one that you move from left to right so I can't really figure it out. Thanks.

I have three vacuums. I know this is not much but my parents don't really like my obsession with vacuums and they can only be in my room and my room isn't that big. I have a green Hoover Windtunnel bagged Self-Propelled, a Hoover Commercial Elite, and a blue Eureka ESP Self-Propelled.

I would recommend a Sanitaire or a Hoover Commercial Convertible or Elite. They are great machines and will last a lifetime!!

Yes I completely recommend that you buy one before they run out. A thing that you could do is buy one to keep in the box and another to use. But if you don't want to spend money on 2 of the same vacuums then you could just buy one and try to keep it in its best condition as possible. And I...

I have experience with one My mom and dad bought one of the green Hoover T Series at Sears that you can find anywhere in November 2009 when they were still pretty new and it was a pretty good vacuum for about 2 years until that's what started happening. The belt slip. It happened at least once...
