On the Heritage II and Legend II you need the short Axle for the Heritage model and earlier for the Sani emptor to lock into place. The Rear wheels stick out to far from the body of the machine for proper clearance other wise. I converted my Heritage II for a Sani emptor when I bought it.

Can you get some pictures to share with us of the guts of the machine I E the under side, opening where the fan is ETC?
