Mine is the ESP & the handle is all metal. They do have a nice low growl, I used to use it when I cleaned apts & mine uses the cheap easy to find F&G bag. Its on my needa another home list & is in storage.

it works nothing seems to leak at hoses & wands. Scary thing. no button to spray steam it just comes out. For $20 I have been looking for a steam machine & its better than shark I would assume Tri Star would handle a better producr, Says designed in Germany
