After a further strip down the rear bearing (belt side) was very jumpy and didn't turn smoothly the front wasn't to bad but they both got lubed and are now running nice and smooth, the cooling fan is also a dust build up hot spot.

Now on to the motor.

Chris cheers I had a feeling i was around the right zone with the info, Benny I never knew they changed the motor wiring I did find it strange when I opened it up, anyway back to the refurb. here was the bath after the wash.

Took the motor to find this how on earth it managed to pick this up in the first place is beyond me.

Fully assembled, the motor sounded extremely dry which isn't surprising some 3 in 1 oil will lube it up again.
