Brian Ive used these faucet covers for many projects as missing covers. They can be made to look old quite easily, and come in a bunch of sizes.

Karlin… I have the same Storm vacuum, and this set up may be a better choice for your existing hose. You can find this nozzle cheaper, but the link provided is just an example...
