    Replaced plastic convertible fan with metal fan

    ill tell you, I have done this a time or two, and every other time I've had no problem. But one time with a higher end, type "A" bag model from the early 80's, that another collector put a metal fan into, as nice as it sounded, it just didn't seem to pickup as well, and i found my self passing...

    Kirby Twins!

    well im going to take a flying leap and guess.... the only difference i see, is one has a smooth handle center (believe that's the 517), and the other has the ribbed like a 518 and a Sanitronic 562 and 7 (which i think that's the 519). Just a guess...=)
