but Alex T.... i can understand why they would think that, but as knowledgeable collectors, we know that those "dry" suds are indeed not "dry" or your carpet would not be wet, and need to dry. Even so, water will still find its way tot he fan.

I would rather grab.... A Eureka Empress II, or a Celebrity II. The only thin carpet, that is thin enough to use a straight suction rug nozzle on that I have, Is what is in the pic, that is my dinning room carpet.
