I think sebo has different types of brushrolls available for that power head. Maybe the vacuum just had the weakest brushroll available. Still sounds like a bad vacuum though.

I love the elite style hoovers. Once it's on the correct height setting, my Power Drive becomes one of my best cleaning vacuums.

They are definitely uncommon. I never had one, but I heard that they do an alright job on short carpets.
