    OK, so how do you reuse the old ends? Never tried to do anything with the ends and they don't look like they are designed to be taken apart and reused.     Thanks, I have the eBay link saved and the link to the new hose so I'll have to get one of those soon. I keep watching Craigs list and we have replaced that hose 3 times, and the powerhead once on my older one. I bought a good complete powerhead several years ago on eBay for around 60 bucks...
