DOes somebody know that attachment? I got it in a box with others , mostly to fit on Electrolux, but that one is very different. Is it deisgned for carpets? How does that vibrate, there doesn't seem to have any electric connection?

I followed Madman's suggestion to make my own bearing puller (see picture). I screwed the nut on the shaft, put a piece of hardwood on it and gave it a few wacks with a hammer. It went out pretty easily. Thanks for the tip! I wonder if i could use the same set up, turning the rotor upside down...

Repairman How much play did you actually put on your belt ?

I measured the play in my PN4 belt with pictures, it is roughly 1.5 cm or 0.6 inch, I can't imagine how it could be a 1 inch play and still be functional.

One inch of play sounds like a lot a play for a belt so tiny mounted on a small gear. Is it a typo ?

I want to buy the electric connectors that go in the rear section of a ZB89 ELectrolux. I'm pretty sure the ZB86 and ZB88 connectors could be appropriate too. I also need the plastic part that holds the connectors in place. I live in Waterloo, Quebec, Canada.

On my SuperJ, the red wire from the switch goes to a plate next to the dial . under the cover of the front section. As for the other wire, I'm still unsure of where it goes.

I want to buy these connectors to fix one of my vacuum cleaners, it is an Electrolux ZB89 but other model numbers similar to the ZB89 could do be appropriate (see pictures). I would need the plastic cover that holds the connectors in place, too. I live in Quebec, Canada.

I just pulled a cord out of a B28 carpet cleaner, I'll use it for in that reel, it'll probably a bit longer than the broken one.

Here is a picture of the switch on my SUperJ. It may not be of great help but this is what I can send you for the moment. A friend of mine will bring me another SuperJ next week, if it needs some fixing I'll probably tear it apart and send you better pictures.

Well , I put a good motor in the machine and a good tube with a good rubber tip and no go, no light bag door light. So I thought the motor isn't the main problem. Actually, it's a broken cord problem (see picture). It doesn't mean the motor runs, but we'll know when the cord is fixed. I feel...
