P.S., the only place you really need a puller is for the rear bearing. And honestly, if you don't have a tool that fits the small bearing to remove it, cut it off as you are installing a new bearing anyways so who cares if you destroy the rear bearing - just be careful not to damage the armature...

I hope all of the wheels are in good shape. There was one of these on ebay awhile back and the pictures in that listing did not show the vac was missing the front wheels. So I hope yours is in good shape and it will look great restored.

if you have those small bearings removed from the steel rod and removed from inside the metal housing/end caps they are recessed into, you do not need to take apart the bearing any further to grease them... There is so much slop/opening/play in the bearing you can regrease them no problem...

Yes it is threaded on, so you can spin it off. I have seen this part break before too. hold the fan blade as you twist the belt pulley off. Whack the end of the broken pulley a couple times with a hammer before trying to remove it.
