    Riccar Charisma/Simplicity Cinch

I don't know how much newer they are I have had the Simplicity in my store for a while. The Cinch is in the mid line positioned between the Verve which has a slightly stronger motor and a power head and the Jessie which has a slightly weaker motor and a turbo brush. The S36 is a full size which...

    Oreck "HALO" vacuum

Mine is not a commentary on the quality of a Dyson just the expectations of the average customer who spends the money on one. You can't blame Dyson for hitting the mass market with the product but I think it would be best suited in a vacuum store where The customer can be educated on the...

    Oreck "HALO" vacuum

The problem is that most people do not read the instruction manuals so they would not know that they car sign up. Unfortunately Dyson's are mostly sold in education free environments. All of my customers that have had problems and dislike the Dyson just think it's a typical vacuum and just start...

    Oreck "HALO" vacuum

OK... I have worked on both.. There's not much to an Oreck and they are easy to work on. I think they are over priced for what you get. Mostly what you are paying for is the "free tune ups". I sell the Simplicity Freedom which is a better value and I think a better stronger machine. Does Oreck...

The bags I received look kinda thin. Plastic collar, thin paper. I ordered bags from Vita-Mix to compare. They sure are proud of their bags.

Probably purchased to use on older model vacs that did not have power head. Something like we do now with the add on turbo heads.
