Not knowing about Baby... I had a preview of 12 just after it came out in Japan... As for 22... cant say :D... I have known about it for ages through...
As for the 7 years... Dyson UK themselves say about the 22 that the filter needs to be washed monthly...
Say hello to the next generation of Dysons...
The new DC26 which was released today...

I have actually seen and used the DC12+ with DDM... I love having friends =D
It is a pretty cool machine... There is also rumors of the DC22 being released in USA in USA sometime next year... I also anticipate more releases before the end of the year... I actually met Sir. James Dyson last year...
Well... Turning 18 a few months ago had a few perks... one of which is being able to join eBay!
I have been looking for a Dyson DC01 for ages... and I found it... =D Im so hyped!
P.S... Sorry about image size and quality... Its my only gripe with iPhone...
I have a similar one called the WOC.... It looks exactly the same except in green instead of red... The ConstantMax has a more durable motor and some sort of different power cord... The WOC has the clean filter light too...

I am pretty sure I said that the only ones that could have the belt change were the ones without a clutch e.g. DC01, DC04 WOC, DC04 ConstantMax, DC07 without the clutch and thats about it... Email me for more info at [email protected]

OK... Ring Dyson. OIt can be replaced at home without requiring service... The cover just needs to be levered up with a long flat headed screwdriver...
NO!!!! WASHING THE HEPA FILTER IS BAD!!!
The HEPA actually needs to be replaced... Seen the effects of washing HEPA filters at Dyson AU. It is $40 AU if my memory serves me right
We have had a Roomba discovery for 3 years and just recently got the 530. We use it everyday and Dyson on the weekends. The Dyson will still pick up heaps of fine dust
