    Red Kenmore Progressive canister

Kenmore I have the white version, and I love it. I had one that is 11 years old, and the power nozzle went to heck.Kept it for the garage. I don't like the tools on the wand set up. I wish they were back on the canister with the floor tool. The cord seems longer, and the motor quieter. Great vac.

    Eureka ESP Self-Propelled update

Eureka I had the same one with the cord reel, and I bought it in 87. hated the cord reel, too short of cord and had an odd on/off. Took it back and exchanged it for a Panasonic Jet Flo 6220. Loved that machine.

General Electric 1960's Upright - Singer Clone

GE Upright I have always thought it was an interesting vac, and I too have never met one. I wonder how long they were around? I also find it so odd that GE stopped making uprights for so long and then came back. Does anyone have a picture of the last GE Upright from the 50's?

    DAM VS Concepts

Hi, Has anyone else ever wondered why Hoover took a step backwards and dropped the DAM and came out with the Concept line? The DAM's had a great tool set that was easy to connect and worked well, and the hard bag style. The Concept's although very good carpet cleaners, had a soft bag that...

    whats your favorite hoover upright.

favorite Hoover upright My first Vac I owned was a Hoover DAM. It is still ny favorite. I loved the fact that the tools were so easy to use and they were so well made. It also had very good tool suction, something that was hard to find back in the late 70's. I traded it for a Kirby Classic 3...
