    PN2 brushes help

Hi, I took the motor apart to clean. When I took the clamp apart the brushes popped out. Can anyone tell me how they go back together. I understand where the spring gets connected but do not know where the brush should go or how they should be positioned. Many thanks!

    Electrolux PN 2 Motor

Need some advice on a PN 2 motor. I have taken it apart because the motor sounded like it was pulling. I opened it to find a lot of dust build up around the coils ( probably calling it the wrong name) I want to lubricate the pin. Is WD 40 okay to use? If not what would you recommend? When...

    Electrolux PN2

Electrolux PN2 Thanks rug sucker. The brush roll is still in the raised position correctly. I am beginning to wonder if I have the wrong brush roll on the PN2. The bristles still hang over. I can also put my hand under the power nozzle on the brush roll while the motor is on and eventually...

    Electrolux 1521

Hi everyone! I have an Electrolux 1521. The cord is not retracting all the way in. Any ideas on how I can fix this? The cord winder is easy to get to. Is it just a matter of lubricating an area of the cord winder? If so what area? What should I use to lubricate? Thanks!

    My New Aerus Vacuums

Thanks Dan, The bags I have are also 12 in a clear bag. They have 2 pieces of card board. When I open the compartment the bag stays attached to the top. There does not appear to be any dust in the chamber. The card board does not seem to be bending either. The bags seem fine. I hope they...

You will see a small ring on the end of the metal wand or pistil grip where the hose swivels. You will need to very very carefully get ahold of the end of the ring and pry it out very carefully.

    electrolux hose

To remove the electric pistil grip you loosen the screws and very very gently lift up on the bottom plate of the end nozzle. I pull the middle of the plate up ever so gently until the end slides out. You have to be very careful and patient as you do not want to crack the plastic plate. You...

    electrolux hose
