I have low pile and medium pile carpet and it works just fine. :)

Dan if the Felix is only designed for low pile carpet why does it have a 4 height adjustment? It's for low, low to medium, medium and high pile carpet.

Stan i'd prefer to use my Bissell Carpet Cleaner. I got it for £89 and it does a great job :) No need for a vacuum cleaner that does that.
