I really like the new Dyson's

I have no doubt Sebo still make a solid product. They were genuinely innovative in the 90s and 2000s. But if you haven’t noticed, they are starting to lose accreditation. They now have no more Which Best Buys or Good Housekeeping Institutes, or British Allergy foundation certificates. I...

I really like the new Dyson's

I’ve literally just paragraphed issues with the current lineup of Sebo models …….

I really like the new Dyson's

It’s blind brand loyalty from consumers doing the PR for them which is why companies do not innovate. I have a felix, and an E3 premium with the ET1 power head. The felix is top heavy and is like pushing around a storage heater, and the handle is notoriously fragile. It’s also susceptible to...

I really like the new Dyson's

Well, like I said; I come from a family of Sebo users. Pretty much as soon as they landed in the U.K., but if insiders at Sebo and rumour mills prove to be true, they aren’t doing as well as you’d imagine. Their focus seems to be off moving with the times. Seems they are trading on their...

I really like the new Dyson's

Feel like I should start posting vacuum stuff rather than political stuff lol. I've started falling out of favour with Sebo. My family have been using them for 30 years, but since using some other vacuums (started off my trying out a friends V11) I've realised that Sebo have some silly design...

What is the best vacuum cleaner for carpet cleaning.

    Oh god. This argument again.

Are there any vacuums in the UK (brand new) that are soft-bag?

Well, anything by Numatic, Sebo and Miele for a kick off. AEG still make bagged vacuums with cloth bags as well.

It was a particularly effective model, and Dyson started using this design brush roll on vacuums moving forward. Only Dyson that pre-date this had much weaker brush rolls, but then again, Sebo's pre 2005 also had weaker brush rolls. I guess practice makes perfect. I have 3 Sebos at my home...

Dyson V15, Omni Glide and their “new” strategy

Dyson have announced the V15 and omni glide. V15 is about 12% more powerful with the same or better battery life. It features a return of the fluffy head with an angled green “laser light” to show up fine dust particles. Ironically, this is Dyson fitting a light to their floor head, but not...

bad reviews of Sebo Felix and Kirby

bad reviews of Sebo Felix and Kirby

I have had several run ins with him, as has many others. Less the fact that its like he is paid-for by Dyson to make these videos (which I don't think he is to be honest) he is generally a nasty piece of work, that bullies and harasses those who disagree with him. The Felix is on the of the...

This thread quickly became a pissing contest.

There is a Henry Hound for sale in the UK!

Think some people need to pay attention to the comments; Numatic haven't sold this model for nearly 15 years in the UK. They discontinued it for no apparent reason in 2006 or something like that. Very odd. They could price it for over £200 and still sell loads of them, but maybe the market for...

There is a Henry Hound for sale in the UK!

I have no idea why Numatic won't make a 2021 version of this, with maybe a couple of refinements and a different brusher. It would be perfect for many people, and they already have a solid reputation. Id buy one in a heartbeat.

    New Sebo Vacuum Cleaner

To be honest, That Dc41 MK2 has incredible pickup performance, and according to some reviewers on YouTube at least, the X series performance isn't as good as a sebo with an ET-1 powerhead. The Dyson weakness is the brush roll with the 1 inch blindspot in the cleaning path, but that design is...

The Miele S7 has landed in Canada!

I had a U1 / S7 in 2010, 2011. Quite underwhelming. Very cumbersome vacuums and absolute pigs to work on. No one doubts the suction power, but they never deep cleaned carpets are well as you might imagine. Used to bunny hop over thicker carpets. Not as good as a Sebo Felix, or something with...

    My first Numatic [NVR170]

Would be nice if you could get these outside of the US. Not everyone lives there you see.

    My first Numatic [NVR170]

Those models look very cool! I think its because we in the UK are so used to seeing Red and Green ones, its quite a novelty them being black or grey, yet they look great!

    My first Numatic [NVR170]

I love this. Never seen one in dark grey / black before. They are such good machines. Inexpensive and built to last forever.
