    Kent Baby Twin Vacuna

There was an electric Regina model C as well as something from Western Electric. The clean air uprights were a small competitive market in the 10s lol

Finished my "what is it" vacuum

Wow!! Looks excellent! That is for sure a GE product, or at least the motor. Maybe the holes were to mount to a table?

    Vintage Royal Vacuum project

If you still have it, could you use the old replacement bag as a template? It appears to be the same shape as original, just different colors and maybe an extra seam to blend the two fabrics.

That is the blower exhaust. It has a bag inside

    Kent Baby Twin Vacuna

Anyone ever see one? Chris(Hoover28 on here) picked this up for me at an antique shop and I bought it off him. Can't wait to get it running. I remember seeing this referenced somewhere but the website is gone now.

    how to remove fan ?

If this is a GE product which it appears to be, grip the flat part of the rotor with vice grips(not the threads!) and spin the fan to the right while holding the vice grips still, the same way you undid the nut. May take some doing but it should come off that way.

    Eureka Model H hand vac

Very nice! Yours appears to be the sleeve bearing model. The only way to tell the difference without disassembly is the rear bearing cover on the ball bearing model sticks out about 3/4 an inch and is about the diameter of a quarter, where the sleeve bearing has a small dimple no larger than a...

    $30 in Hoover 925s

    Made me one good 925!

Ever see an 875 like this??

I have been informed the handle fork is incorrect, it will be sorted tomorrow. It does not have holes for the rectangular badge, and the height adjuster knob is a standard metal one not bakelite. The base indeed has 875 stamped in along with 2 rebuild dates. It is still UK voltage but I found it...

    Shiny Magic

Thank you!! I can take some more pics of it soon. The incredibly strange airpath makes it my favorite vacuum. Shockingly powerful too!

    Hammertone Eureka Model K

It does appear that way from a distance, I thought yours was painted as well beforehand. It appears they used paint on this to be cheaper with metal finishing, as you can see on the lip of the nozzle the swirl marks from the mill(third pic)

    Hammertone Eureka Model K

Actually it is painted.. I don't have it on hand but you can see it best in this picture. It is a bit dingy but its hammertone silver. It has flaked off in a couple spots elsewhere on the machine

3.0 Eureka Shipping and Production History Pre-1947

So neat! Given the odd shape of the handle fork I would say that is a G30 with the optional headlight and steel handle fork. Swirlator... No idea

    Hammertone Eureka Model K

Thats so cool! I wouldn't be surprised if this was their first commercial machine. Whats neat is that the postwar K and the M262 were made during the same period and only discontinued within one month of each other(supposedly.. they may have had surplus to sell until 1950? idk). Pic below...

Thank you so much. A friend showed me a pic of his M262 which had good paint underneath - the first pic. Very grey with no tint. So, to keep things looking as close to original, I repainted the 262 in grey.
