    myvacsrock Nice ! I had a friction vacuum that was missing tires. I went to HomeDepot and found the exact size rubber in the plumbing section (they are couplers for PVC pipes)... is that what you did ? Also, what is the old old vacuum in the back ? It looks like a first model of something.

    Kirboover Thank both of you for the replies...when you say put one end on input and other on output, do you mean on the switch wires ? I didn't want to cut those wires and have to put them back together if I could avoid it.
