Apologies if you have already posted and I've missed it, but do you have any Hoover fan heaters John?   I am bidding on a red one on eBay at the moment that I hope to win.  It is a little rectangular "box" heater that you would put on a desktop.  The model is 8582.

Hear hear John. All my Hoovers are running with bags and belts proudly displaying the HOOVER trademark. I would not use them with anything else, although I fear the genuine parts made today are no better than generic parts sadly.

What a shame Hoover stopped making these beautiful vacs. Indeed, but they had to move with the times to stay in business unfortunately, and in the end they were ultimately acquired by Candy and everything went to hell in a handcart.
