    Fantastic Fantom Thunder

The Thunder is much better than the Fury. I have had both. I also have a British DC01. Which is similar to the Thunder. The Thunder has a two stage motor which is really nice. In my opinion the Thunder is the best quality cyclonic bagless upright ever made. Do your headlights still work...

    Problem with the bagless vacuums

After working at a vacuum shop I would never want to use a bagless vacuum as a daily use machine. I got grossed out by all the dirty bins and bagless components. Especially when people vacuum up pet poops and urine. Plus who really wants their filth displayed in a clear bin for guests to see?

Shark - amazing rise to the top of Consumer Reports

I have a navigator lift away and a rotator. My biggest problem with them is how much dust the foam filters allow to go through the motor. They could have designed the pre motor filters much better. I believe they did this to wear out the motors quickly. Other than that they are an average plastivac.

    Maytag M700 Lifetime Belt

Tom, yesterday I was unboxing a brand new factory sealed Riccar Vibrance commercial model, with the lifetime belt. I tested it on my bench and the brush stopped as soon as it touched the carpet. It was followed by a burning belt smell. I took it apart and the belt looks slightly too long. That...

    Maytag M700 Lifetime Belt

Do Tacony products damage carpet fibers with those super aggressive brushes? It is nice to see plastivacs with partial metal brushrolls though! I enjoy fixing them for people. There are plenty that come in where I work.

The most frustrating vacuum video on Youtube.

So basically this guy is saying that if you have carpet that restricts all airflow then your Dyson will work about as well as a kirby.... In that case any vacuum would work poorly. Thanks Vacuum Facts channel. I now know that my Dysons will work about as well at vacuuming crumbs off plastic...

Miele cx1 bagless vacuum the gateway Miele

Nice Video! That single stage cyclone almost reminds me of a certain brand of vacuum, I can't think of the name right now. I think its named after some sort of sea creature. :) An interesting vacuum for sure.

    Why I like Dyson

Here are some shots of my DC01. The dual cyclone machines are nice because it is easy to keep the cyclone cleaned out.

    Why I like Dyson

I enjoy my DC01, I like how it spins the dirt freely like my Fantoms. Like watching a little tornado! Plus I l like how the plastic has little metal flakes in it. Much like my Dc07 it gives it a very unique look! Plus how many dc01's are in America? I also found a working DC28 at a thrift store...

    Why I dislike Dyson

I agree.. I have a few Dysons, I collected them because I think cyclones are an interesting thing and I like the style of early Dysons. However, While they do produce good water lift, the airflow is very poor. Consumers are tricked by the high water lift and they think it is producing amazing...
