I forgot to mention... that I will be spray-painting the base. Is there a good quality gloss enamel spray paint that is close to the original oyster white color?

I am currently restoring a Hoover model U4089 and the metal base needs to be repainted. I am aware that the original base color on this model was oyster white. Which paint is best for the metal base and which color is closest to oyster white?
