A friend of mind gave this to me as he knows I collect vintage vacuums. At first, I wasn't really interested, but took it anyway. After cleaning it up, I kind of like it and it doesn't take up too much space in the garage!

Forget about how well they work - or that they work at all! Which vacuum, in your opinion is the most striking visually? For me, I would have to say it is the Electrolux LX - the first vacuum that I bought because it was "beautiful".

Saw this in a thrift store today for $15. Runs quietly and the bag inflates, but it was missing the back wheel, the cord was not original, and the bag was a bit frayed at the bottom. I'd never seen one and couldn't find a picture of one in the dirt finder. Are these rare?

repainted the bad parts before and after. Just a can of spray paint. I think it looks much better, but I'd love to find an original bag...
