    Mosquito vs ProTeam

Mosquito vs Proteam As someone who often uses a backpack commercially I thought I'd throw in my 2c. I have had 2 mosquitos one super one carbon lite which have both been sold off, and own a proteam FS6 and have been using proteam at work for years. I think both the Mosquito super and...

    HEPA Bag Opinions, Please

Sure. I've used V.A.C, clean obssessed seems to be a relabel of those bags. I've got them for my Lux upright, lux canister, proteam backpack vacuum, tristar, bissell 1 and 7, Hoover A, and potentially some others I'm forgetting. I haven't had issues with them that I can think of. As for a...

    HEPA Bag Opinions, Please

Hepa bags I use them anywhere I can. Your machine stays cleaner, and they maintain airflow for longer. I can't say I've had an issue with any brand I've tried so far.

    Miele Duoflex cordless stick

Thanks to Eniot for bringing this upcoming machine to attention. Since the open house has passed new information has become available on their latest stick vacuum. It looks they've done away with the reconfigurable setup where the power unit can be mounted onto the nozzle and then attach the...

    Aerus Lux Attachment

production costs The shape of the ends for the tristar lux machines matches the ultra and platinum so it's something they've already had in production. It is annoying for consumers to not be able to use older lux parts they may have already owned though.

    Filter Queen Optima

ha! Thanks for sharing Tom. While I had heard they did a poor job designing a bagged system I was never really sure why. It seems so simple and yet they managed to screw it up. Too bad too I like the idea of a bagged filter queen. Although I have bagged tub style units like the Lindhaus HF6...

    Vacuum Recommendations for High School

oh lord Well that adds a fair amount of equipment and chemical. You'll want a scrubber of some sort depending on your amount of hallways/hard floors, if you have them in classrooms settings a walk behind would be very helpful we've found about a 20" single pad machines works best for those...

    Vacuum Recommendations for High School

addition Backpack vacuums are also a good option for low pile carpeting but you may find that many workers aren't fond of them. They also need to have their cloth bags periodically washed in addition to changing the paper ones. I use one often in a commercial setting and I feel like it's much...

    Vacuum Recommendations for High School

Well... The majority of schools i've been to use Windsor brand vacuums they're certainly not cheap but they're reliable machines. I'd look into the Versamatic they seem to be a little more simple than the cheaper sensor line. As for these tile floors, do they have wax on them? or are they a...

    New Miele stickvac

Interesting The change in the wand/floor nozzle makes it seem a little more like the standard stick I wonder if they changed the battery location. Joshp83 has one of the HX2 sticks and feels that it's rather heavy in the hand due to it having the weight further away from the hand.

    Filter Queen Optima

There was an exception The optima was a bagged machine many of them were retrofitted to take filter queen cones after the initial launch. I've read other peoples thoughts on them saying they weren't very good compared to the usual filter queen. I would ASSUME this was because of the bag...

Riccar SupraLite R10Sand - motor running abnormally super fast

Hmm.... I can't help but wonder if it's clogged when machines are clogged up and no air is moving the motors will spin at a higher rpm because they have no air resistance. Since your machine is an R10 it'll have a harder outer case what I would do is open that turn on the machine press gently...

Hmm... I've seen that in red under a different name I think it was Avanti. I can find images of it on the pack of bags but i've not been able to find a picture of the machine

    New Powr-Flyte

Cool I've seen those before I'm curious as to why they made that choice. I have a dual motor clarke 212 which also had just a single on/off switch. It's very odd that they either won't use a 3 position switch or a 2nd switch allowing you to shut the brush off. I doubt we will see a Vibrance...

    Tacony Quicksilver/Omniclean bag substitute?

Mike Not a bad idea, unfortunately the bag opening is a little too large I don't trust that it wouldn't leak. I sent you an email earlier today inquiring about those bags

    Tacony Quicksilver/Omniclean bag substitute?

I've been doing a little searching for the correct bags but they're seemingly hard to get at the moment does anyone know of an alternative that would work with them?

Anybody know how I can get A blue Windsor Sensor commercial upright?

Bag light When you were into the machine did you clean the valve located inside the neck? These are what causes that light to come on in older model machines not sure if it's still used or not in current models. If dust/debris gets into this housing it can cause the bag light to come on. You...
