Can anyone tell me the year of this vac? I don't have the model number. I only know that it was a 200 series. It's my Mom's and she is thinking of parting with it but she is unsure.

My Mom had one of those. They are heavy suckers. I hated vacumming with that. Then I would have to "rake" the carpet with that stupid avacado and white rake to get rid of the track marks from the vac. Bringing back BAD memories for me! LOL Well, not really bad but lazy teenager memories. :-)

Hoover Floor Mate I got a like new one at the thrift store and it has served me well. I only use the Hoover cleaning solution but it's fairly cheap and works well. I think you will end up really enjoying it. :-)
