I feel just the opposite about the Hoover Floormate... different strokes for different folks, but I have barely touched mine since I got the Haan. It is loud and you have to empty the dirty water and to get any serious dirt up you have to go super slow and make numerous passes... The steam mop...

I think they should have had the LG Follow Me for the high tech canister. A vacuum that follows the user is pretty high tech. I don't know about quality or cleaning ability, but high tech, yes.

Get a Haan... great quality and excellent steam output.

Bri, I just found out how brittle it is... I've torn in to the machine and have most of the salvageable parts soaking... I'll post pics later, but OMG! ALL the screw posts are broken... ALL of them and there are multiple cracks in the clear cover... which I had to dismantle the whole machine...
