    Sebo K3 to Miele C3?

Another question.... Can you use an Miele SES 131 wand/hose, the one with suction and on/off controls on other C3's like a Marin or Kona or will it only work on the Uniq/Brilliant?

    Sebo K3 to Miele C3?

Wessel Werk with C3? Can you use a Wessel Werk directly with a Miele C3 or do you need an adapter? I see they are a little cheaper and if I find a used Brilliant or Uniq without a PN then perhaps I can get a Wessel Werk instead of a SEB 236.

    Sebo K3 to Miele C3?

I just received a gently used Sebo K3. While I am having a little problem with the low level warning light on the ET-1, otherwise to my surprise, I am into canisters after almost 40 years when I was a child and my mother made me do the vacuuming with some old canister I cannot remember now...

    Dyson V6 Absolute brush speed

I just tried my V6 Absolute and my brush spins just as fast if not faster, hard to tell. Put my hand on it and all....ouch!

Why the big price disparity between Sebo and Miele in the US and the UK?

Gullible? It's not because we are gullible but because we want alternatives to Dyson and Shark, in addition to the American brands.....which keep in mind can be just as, if not more expensive than the German brands. Just to open this up, Dyson does manage to keep the pricing even. Their MSRP's...

Why the big price disparity between Sebo and Miele in the US and the UK?

Miele isn't as bad as Sebo in this regard. Miele's upright pricing is pretty comparable between the countries. Sebo's machines are the same minus the Eco wattage. The extra cost explains why Sebo is a little more common in the UK than it is here. It's really hard to find press or reviews of Sebo...

Why the big price disparity between Sebo and Miele in the US and the UK?

I would say the disparity is more so with Sebo's products than Miele's. Most of Sebo's products are very comparable between the US and UK.....except for the 700W Eco thing......but the prices can tend to be anywhere from 2 to 3 times those in the UK. For example, a Sebo D4 is about $435 in the...

    New Brushroll?

The length of the bristles is still there but the stiffness isn't. Neither Miele nor Sebo are great when it comes to those profit makes. At least with Sebo the brushrolls are $24 and are easy to change. Although with Miele you can catch discounts here or there, Sebo there are no discounts to be...

    New Brushroll?

Hi, When do you know it's time for a new brushroll? I have an older Miele S7 and a newer Miele U1. The U1's bristles are stiffer than those on the older S7. Could it be that they just made them less stiff several years ago compared to the newer U1's? I notice that the U1 agitates better too...

    Dyson Ball 2?

Yes it does have the washable filters just like the older Ball Animal & Multi-floor models. They just hit Amazon so I suspect we will have an unboxing and demo by someone in a week or two. I might just buy one in a year or so when Dyson sells them as refurbs for less than half. At that point...

    Dyson Ball 2?

DC40 in the Dyson lineup The DC40 is considered mid range here for Dyson with the Dyson Ball (DC65) being the suction king. I suspect the improvements are more so refinements, such as making it easier to put the handle back up instead of it falling down and probably more sturdy parts. I have a...

    Dyson Ball 2?

I was told by a Dyson rep on the phone the Animal 2 is essentially the same as the current ball animal. The Multifloor 2 is very different in that it has the same suction power as the older DC65 at a lighter weight. If they keep the price down it might be a hit.
