Kleeneze Rotork Cyclon (or G-Force) Brushroll & Soleplate Needed.

Thanks Dysonman1, I had seen elsewhere that it had a wooden one (see my pic above). So maybe they were not all the same.    I think we will have to modify something to fit. As it goes, we are not too far from the main Qualtex warehouse, and we have a good relationship with them, so I am...

Do they have a wooden brushroll?

Dyson Owners: Help Wanted to Test our Serial Number Recognition Tool

I don't have reliable enough data to be able to add that functionality unfortunately. Getting the serials we have was hard enough as there are several hundred of them.    But I know we are still missing some US and Oz machines. Later ones especially.

Kleeneze Rotork Cyclon (or G-Force) Brushroll & Soleplate Needed.

It is my intention to refurb it ourselves CitroenBX, and it will end up with some other rarities we did (De Stijl's DC01/DC02/DC04 and a DC03i) on display in our shop when we move to bigger premises.    Singingrainbow, seems you are right on the soleplate. The G-Force had one, the Cyclon...

How often do people come across bad power cables on vacuums?

We replace quite a few power cords on Dysons as you might expect. Most after market ones flex too much and some fail after a year or so as the wire inside is only 0.75, so they will not last like old cords used to. Genuine Dyson ones are not too bad, and later dark grey ones as found on DC24>...

Wanted to give this a nudge as I could use some help from American, Canadian and Australian members really.

if your in stoke on trent do you want a DYSON

Jakub, could I ask the first three digits of the serial number on that Malaysian DC05 please? I am curious if they are same range as UK ones. Also, if Mr BX doesn't have a cyclone, I am pretty sure we have some new ones with no stickers. Some used ones too in case of need.

Kleeneze Rotork Cyclon (or G-Force) Brushroll & Soleplate Needed.

I have come by a Kleeneze Rotork Cyclon. Problem is, it is missing the soleplate and brushroll. Does anyone have any? Anyone know if they plundered another machine when they built these? Is anyone who has one or a G-Force able to show me a photo of the underside so I can see what it...

Hoover Upright 652 and Constellation 867A Available - Be Quick.

I have decided to dispose of two of our untouched project machines that we have. I thought I would offer them to the community before putting them on eBay. Hoover Constellation 867A. It has no floor tool and only the attachments that you see on the photo. It runs. Hoover 652. Condition...

1getting uk vacuums to the usa is it possible

Vacuumdude, you may find many UK sellers are reluctant to send to the US simply due to inexperience. They wont know who to use to send it economically and many wont pack the machine properly anyway. If you do find one on UK eBay that you want from a 'UK only' seller, I would be happy to have...

Dyson Owners: Help Wanted to Test our Serial Number Recognition Tool

At the moment, we don't have enough reliable info to incorporate dates of production. Most is collated from machines we have had through our hands and/or had questions about parts for. Its something I wanted to develop to stop people buying the wrong parts because they thought their DC24...

Dyson Owners: Help Wanted to Test our Serial Number Recognition Tool

We have spent some time collating international Dyson serial numbers to incorporate them into a tool that will help with machine identification and parts look up. We are probably over 90% there now. We may be missing some US, Australian and Canadian serial numbers, together with some of the...

Anyone recognise this American parts brand packaging?

Can anyone point me towards a general Qualtex type distributor in the US please? Who do all the sew and vac stores buy from?

Anyone recognise this American parts brand packaging?

Thanks for confirming chaps.    Anyone know of a trade distributor in the US or is there one here?

Anyone recognise this American parts brand packaging?

I figured out it is Envirocare Technologies from NY but find no site or email for them. Anyone know a trade distributor please?

Anyone recognise this American parts brand packaging?

I was looking for a non gen DC26 filter, I only found them in the US. But I don't recognise the brand, something-care?   If I can find out who makes that (I know who sells it but it is seldom one and the same) I can likely get some.    Anyone recognise that branding please?

Dyson DC05 has just stopped working

Known issue with the DC05. The easy way to check is to plug it in, switch on and wiggle the wire near the plug. A spurt of life tells you its the plug.
