Yes Brian For some reason I drew a blank, That came from Fred Stachnick its got the cordwinder too, I wish I could find some of the genuine Eureka donout gaskets for the bag seal, those go bad and you can not get anything but the cheap foam ones which leak dust like a sifter!

Get the Bags for the Perfect, they are the cloth Hepa type and are the best you can get imho.
