Did some digging and found this pic of the Sunbeam Turbo Brush

I know Preco made their air driven nozzles for a lot of different machines during that era but I dont know when they first came out. My 1960 Lewyt 120 has one (it was an option) as does my 1964 Singer C7 Power Master (also an option). The 1958 and 1959 Singer ads show the preco nozzle in them...
