Check the hepa Be sure to check the hepa filter seal. There is a rubber seal around the oval hole that could be missing. The hepa filter will still sit in place and look correct but with that seal missing could cause the water flow. The redight is normal.

Run it with no filter, those machines will over heat if the filter is clogged. If it stays running and doesn't get that hot with the filter off that is your problem. Yes it is a beautiful machine and shape and for the 32 dollars I gave for it, I think it's a pretty good find. I think I will hold onto it for awhile and then probably put it on ebay when I need to raise some money for another project.
