    Oh ok. On the subject of changing motors, I juts changed a motor in a Henry yesterday and it's dead easy!   Thanks, I will look after him. If the day does ever come where he goes to a new home, it'll be you Dave   Happy new year to you too. I hope Colin gets sorted this year!   ~ Joe

    Dave, I found that too, my 800w HVC200 seems to be more powerful than both my James and Bertie autosave. The face comes attached when you buy the vacuum, both my Bertie and James which I bought new had them fitted in the box.   I hope you enjoy the Henry, Alex!    James, I sent you an...

    I've heard of this fault too. Why can't the machine just be either "on" or "off"? That's all I want from it. You may have well just do away with the PCB. Like you say, it's a shame their reliability record is being ruined by some little PCB. C'mon Numatic, just forget the Autosave stuff!
