    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic has arrived David, Thanks as I could not find any information about using it on end in the instruction book. Jamie, That is what is so great about Robert having this web site. We can each share and see what is available. I enjoy both the old and the new and almost all the different...

    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic arrived today I gave it a run today. Very easy to push. So far almost nothing in the bag but I had already used the Rainbow earlier in the week. Does anyone know if you can operate the machine in the upright position like when cleaning the stair. Some air does exit the rear.

    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic has arrived vacuumfreak95, I tired mine out this morning. I do LOVE it. I like the tools and I used both the floor brush and dusting brush. I may buy the horse hair dusting brush at a later date. The power nozzle has a very good combination between grooming and not being too harsh on...

    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic arrived Brian-I was surprised at how well made it seems to be considering the price. The bottom plate says made in Mexico. I did get the hepa cloth bags for better filtration. Rob-I do like the hose. The floor brush sort of reminds me of the floor brush that came with my Hoover...

    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic arrived today the machine itself has LARGE wheels located under the weight of the motor and cord winder, so it is well balanced and can be easily tipped up for easy storage or carrying. Power nozzle also has wheels at rear so it can be easily tilted back and rolled.

    Panasonic arrived today

Panasonic arrived today I am going to take Rob Shore's advise and get a set of wands to use with the tools and not mess with disconnecting the power nozzle since this seems to be a weak point at least with the similar machines sold by Sears. I like the hose and the off/on/brush control on the...

    Panasonic/Sears canisters

Panasonic/Sears canister Rob, Thanks for the information and email. I can see the difference in the hose. I will post some pictures after the machine arrives. We are on the same page. It seems like a lot of money and features for the price point. I was reading some more reviews on the higher...

    Panasonic/Sears canisters

Panasonic/Sears canisters Rob, Thanks for you idea of just getting a second set of wands for the floor brush. You hit the mark on that Hoover Anniversary machine. I don't understand why any maker would put those toy looking useless tools. I agree with you 100%. With so many customers reporting...

    Panasonic/Sears canisters

Panasonic/Sears canisters Rex, I agree with you about the Kirby. I was a Kirby user for over 20 years at my last house with one floor and all wall to wall carpeting. After I moved into this house with multiple floors and started having allergies the Kirby just had to go. I hated to admit it but...

Electrolux Model 20 on eBay -- a "Painted Lady"

Electrolux 20 Charlie, The front and back do not look right and also the top trim from the handle forward looks strange. My grandparents was all painted in the gray finish of the main body as was the op of the fuller brush tool.

    Panasonic/Sears canisters

Panasonic/Sears canisters Brian, I have enjoyed your input as I know NOTHING about older Sears machines. I can say that I hated the heavy steel wand on my Miele so much I took it back and the retailer was kind enough to exchange it for the older Miele style matt grey finish wand that was...

    Panasonic/Sears canisters

Panasonic/Sears Brian, That sounds reasonable for 12 years of service. I am not finding a lot of feed back on the Panasonic motors failing just service may be hard to locate. Mark, I remember well you telling about buying multiple Sears vacuums and how they failed after about 2 years. Also...
