    Fantom Technologies Inc (Announcement)

Good luck Doesn't Salton (Westinghouse) still own the patents for all of the Fantom vacuums? They could have expired, who knows? I think the Thunder with a pre motor filter would be a fantastic commercial vacuum today. The Lightning and Cyclone XT could have a market with some modifications. As...

An Updated Video of my Vacuum Collection!

Neglected to mention two more machines The Pink Slimline Deluxe came from the vac shop where the Vorwerk, Destiny 3000, etc... came from. The blue Kenmore Progressive upstairs (not pictured) was given to me six years ago by my Grandmother (now deceased) who rarely ever used it in her apartment...

An Updated Video of my Vacuum Collection!

Thanks everyone! I try to maintain a diverse collection. It used to be even more diverse, but I'm cutting down a bit while I'm in college. Unusual vintage machines and high end newer stuff is what I've been going for lately!

An Updated Video of my Vacuum Collection!

Thanks all! Eighty five vacuums aren't easy to cram into that fairly small space. Real1shep, I've actually liquidated many of my plastivacs!

What does the general public notice - take a guess

Kirby Sanitronic? I'm only guessing because it's the most common one of the group.

    Insane Yard Sale Lady

Yuck $60 is unreasonable for any ten plus year old big box store vacuum. That aside, the V2 is a TERRIBLE vacuum cleaner. Loud, messy filters, bulky, and worst of all, that brushroll design. So trouble prone, and absolutely pointless. They don't clean any better than a regular Windtunnel. The...

    New Vacuum: Riccar Vibrance

Thanks Tom! Yes, Greg Palmer told me February 2013! This will become our household vac once I go back to college.

    New Vacuum: Riccar Vibrance

I haven't been buying vacuums much lately because 1: I'm trying to save money for college and 2: The vacuums I keep finding at the curb are keeping me busy. However, I saw a bunch on vacuums listed in one ad on Craigslist, and I saw this Riccar far off to the left. I tried to resist, but I...

New Find: 2008 Rainbow E2 Blue for $60

I've been going to a certain community garage sale for the past four years, and I don't always find stuff. This year, I lucked out. I found this Rainbow E2 for $60. They originally wanted $125 and marked it down to $75 right before I went there. I offered $60 and they accepted. It has the...

    Eureka Express Vintage Vacuum

I've had a few Expresses over the years I also had a Powerline, which replaced the express line. Decent canisters but the earlier Ironsides and Rotomatic models had more powerful and longer lasting motors.

Brand new old stock Fantom parts

Hrrrmm I think that he should have given you a better deal on those, especially the filter and hoses (those are fairly plentiful). The brushrolls are a bit harder to come by so those might actually be worth $20. Maybe more like $10 each. The chances of anyone else coming in to look for those...
