    My vacuum cleaner collection.

Nice collection! Be careful, before you know it they will be coming out of your ears! The biggest lie I tell myself is, of course there’s room for one more! Anyways, that’s an unusual Bissell in picture two, could you share some more about it? Thanks Cameron

    Robot Vacuum for multiple floors

I’m still fairly new to my Roomba S9 and Braava Jet. They are nice ,but my cat terrorized them so I don’t use them as much as I’d like. Anyways, yes I can learn multiples maps, it does take several times for it to learn. The best way would probably be to let it learn one area completely then...

    Kirby Selling Online Now

I just seen an online ad for Kirby on YouTube. Price aside I’m glad to see them trying some different marketing and sales strategies. Let’s hope they find a way to keep themselves relevant in todays market.

    Commercial Extractors

I wound up getting the Sanitaire Restore. I was able to get a discounted price directly through Sanitaire, and not to mention free shipping. Probably will start using it next week.

    Commercial Extractors

Isn’t Sanitaire owned by Bissell now? The Sanitaire restore and the Bissell big green look very similar.

    Commercial Extractors

Does anyone here have any experience with commercial carpet extractors. I am looking to purchase one for the hotel I manage. We would mainly use it for cleaning hallways, as our rooms have LVT in them. Anyways I was looking at either the Rug Doctor Pro or the Bissell Big Green. Open to other...

    recommendations requested

Maybe a simple old school metal Sanitiaire or Eureka would be best, simple and durable. While Orecks are simple they aren’t the most durable. My other suggestion would be to just go to the thrift store and find a $10 vacuum, when I breaks just go get another.

Central vacuums vs robot and stick vacuums

To me robot vacuums and stick vacuums are aids to cleaning, but not necessarily a replacement for a full size cleaner. Many consumers probably don’t see it they way though.

    The Roomba Experience

I think the noise level is quite reasonable. The Braava jet doesn’t hardly make any noise at all. The Roomba has variable suction, so on bare floor it’s fairly quiet too. I haven’t put it on carpet but it’s suppose to go into a deep cleaning mode on carpet, which I assume would be noisier. The...

    The Roomba Experience

Cats and the Roomba If nothing else they will expensive cat toys. The Roomba especially, the spinning brush was an attractive target for them.

    The Roomba Experience

And of course being a 21st century gadget there’s an app. There are buttons on it, so you wouldn’t necessarily have to use the app but it does enhance the experience. Will post more as I use it more.

    The Roomba Experience

Braava Jet It seemed to fairly economical with the solution. I had it do the bathroom and the kitchen and it only used about a quarter tank. You put a few ounces of solution in the tank and then fill the rest up with water. It also has two different kinds of pads, a dry mop similar to a...

    The Roomba Experience

Roomba This unit has automatic dirt removal, so when the bin in the Roomba gets full it will return to its base and the base will suck the dirt out. There is a bag in the top of the base.

    The Roomba Experience

So I was at a work conference here last week and I was entered into a raffle. Now, I have never won anything in my life, so I was quite surprised to get my name called, and not only that I won the prize that I really wanted which was the Roomba! And then for even more sugar on top, the prize...

    Teal Dirt Devil Deluxe.

I have a soft spot for these 90s Dirt Devils, and to find one with the teal color scheme is even better! I do have the teal hand vac, but otherwise that’s about all I’ve seen of them. Is anyone familiar with the purpose of the teal color scheme? Compared to my red one, the teal one doesn’t...

    TEAL Dirt Devil "Classic"

I just picked up this vacuum at the Salvation Army. They must have been fairly uncommon, there’s not much information about it. I’ll make another thread when I have time to get it cleaned up. Cameron

    Aerus guardian power issue

If it were my machine, I would test the motor and the motor wiring to make sure all the wires are secure, there aren’t any broken wires, they are hooked up correctly, and that the motor tests for continuity.

    Electrolux Oxygen Ultra

And the Europa, again notice the exact same hose set up.

    Electrolux Oxygen Ultra

I do have this Electrolux Versatility. Compared to the Oxygen is has a much sturdier hose and wand set up. The only problem is it uses non standard sizing, where the oxygen uses a standard nozzle opening. Also the bagless setup in the versatility is a bit goofy, it just doesn’t have power that...

    Electrolux Oxygen Ultra

So I’ve been on the look out for one of these for quite some time, European Electroluxs don’t pop up often around here. Anyways nabbed this one for 30 bucks at goodwill. The 1st issue I had was getting bags. The local vac shop didn’t have any for it, so I ordered some on Amazon only for the...
