    Kenmore Duo-Power Upright question

So a while back I rescued a Duo-Power upright from certain death, but it is missing its brushroll and bottom plate. It runs well and I even have NOS bags for it. I know these are probably next to impossible parts to find but can someone that owns one share some pics of what that roller and...

    Kirby Comvac 1600 Find

The roller did indeed have a few long haired cats tangled up in it! It looks like it will take the old style oval shaped collar disposable bags, of which I am fresh out of but will be ordering some. I do have a good stock of the flat, non-knurled belts for it as I've heard the knurled belts can...

    Kirby Comvac 1600 Find

May have been! They were in a trash heap in front of what looked like a closed down salon. The Amway has a torn up cord, handle release issue and whiny motor bearings but seems ok otherwise.

    Kirby Comvac 1600 Find

So I was cruising around town and found a curious thing in the trash! Along with an Amway Cleartrack was this dirty beast! All it needed was a new belt and the bag swept out, what a monster. The bag pouch included an instruction leaflet and a very stiff spare belt.

    Franken-royal and Westinghouse Carousel

Oh, I also got one of those 60s Kenmore Duo-Powers but it's missing its brushwork and bottom plate. Anyone have a potential source?

    Franken-royal and Westinghouse Carousel

So I got these and a bunch of others (other pics soon) for the low cost of nothing. This commercial Royal I have decided to dub the Super Stark! The Westy Carousel works but no hose or attachments.

    Are Regina Housekeeper worth getting?

I grew up around some of them and I like their weird design. Sure they weren't great as a vacuum but they had their appeal. I believe a collector should atleast have one. I'd certainly pay 10 bucks for it.

    Progress Mercedes 389

That's odd about the bags, I wonder why mine had it but the others didn't? I like that the disposable bags are an F and G style. The belt on mine was worn out just from age and a Regina Housekeeper belt seemed to work perfectly.

    Progress Mercedes 389

I bought the last one, I couldn't resist! I love weird Euro vacs! What gets me is how flimsy the handle feels, it's got the diameter of a carpet sweeper handle and goes together about the same. The yoke is plastic and doesn't feel strong at all. It does clean pretty well, especially on low pile...

    Why not another Premier restoration

The Premier '47', cool machine! I've got one to but haven't had a chance to really restore it other than cleaning and regreasing the motor and replacing the cord. I'm fortunate to also have the '37' model alongside it.

Vacuumlad1650 No eye tricks, it's definitely electrolux. I've not seen one like it before. There normally woven or spiral vinyl but this ones just odd, like thick spiral wire wrapped in heavy vinyl.

Hoover300 That's a Special 543. It runs but no bag, cord, and is missing one bag connector bolt.

Hoses and Project Vacs for Sale

Ok, so I've sorted the hoses I don't want from the Pennsylvania auction. I would like to sell them to members here. They appear to be a mix of Electrolux,Rexair/Airway, some random. I'm also trying to get rid of some parts donor/project machines that I just don't want to have lying around...

Who else bought auctions from the Atomic Warehouse in Harrisburg?

dysonman1 Ah, thats what those are! I was looking at the post on my phone and couldn't really see the pic that well. Patrick, did you happen to get a hose with those attachments?

    Hose ID from Ebay

It could be maybe an older Filtex? I have a Filtex and its hose has a small post that sticks up to lock into the machine. This one looks like just two small raised bumps to fasten into something. I sure hope Im able to match up some of my hose-less machines!

Who else bought auctions from the Atomic Warehouse in Harrisburg?

I would also love to find a way to contact other buyers of the hoses, I have four machines I need hoses for! I have two oddball Apex manufactured canisters, a Hoover Aerodyne and a Monkey Wards that I would love to match up hoses and attachments for!
