I thought the name THOR rang a bell. I have a brochure for it. Here's the first page. Someone dated this as 1919 in pencil on the cover, as you can see.

There was another product named Lark. That would be the upright, Models 12 and 14. The 12 was a maroon color, side-bagged. The Model 14 was a blue and white color scheme. I think that is the belt you are probably thinking of.

This beautiful Model 66 Convertible came from Glenn Dienst's collection. Acquired by Sean Curry and offered to me, I feel honored to add it to my collection. This is one of my favorite Hoover Convertible colors.

Here are a few shots from an Apex brochure, showing the various Apex uprights. They were amazing machines. I wish Apex had continued making uprights.

Mine must be the very close sister to yours. It is a Model 4033, still made in the square-top Convertible style. It's called a Custom Convertible. They loved to throw these names around and constantly change them up.
