    The Hurley Thor!

I thought the name THOR rang a bell. I have a brochure for it. Here's the first page. Someone dated this as 1919 in pencil on the cover, as you can see.

    Sad News

Though we've already spoken, Alex, again I send you my condolences. Your Mom was one of a kind. In addition to all she did for the Club over the years, she was a memorable lady. I'm glad you were there to see to her needs through the last years of her life. Rest in Peace, Anne.

    Hoover Lark

There was another product named Lark. That would be the upright, Models 12 and 14. The 12 was a maroon color, side-bagged. The Model 14 was a blue and white color scheme. I think that is the belt you are probably thinking of.

    Hoover 60 manual question

I have scanned the manual. I didn't understand your last sentence "....save the post as".....? Did you mean you would like to receive it by email to save it in your computer? Or?

Here are a few shots from an Apex brochure, showing the various Apex uprights. They were amazing machines. I wish Apex had continued making uprights.

    A Rare Convertible Model!

Mine must be the very close sister to yours. It is a Model 4033, still made in the square-top Convertible style. It's called a Custom Convertible. They loved to throw these names around and constantly change them up.

Great assortment, Hans. I love the Admiral (a Clements product, I think) and the other beautiful tanks. I'm sure they will be just fine down there, as opposed to the hot garage. I remember when Stan Kann lived in LA, a large part of his collection was kept in two friends' garage. They were...

    VCCC Convention 2018

I had a wonderful time. It was great to see old friends and make some new ones. Marc sure has a lot of stuff. We helped him "lighten" it up a little. Thanks to everyone who made this convention such a great experience. Spokane is a beautiful city. I'll be back in the Fall to pick up some...
