Speaking of clip on plugs did the kirby model 514 originally have 1? I'll check into many more vacuums from 1954 and newer. Thanks for clearing that 1 up.

@kitbyclassiciii is this model kirby the first or second model to feature a clip on plug originally? I asked because of when hoover's patent for such feature just expired in 1955. Enjoy.

How did you rebristle the brush strip? I'm asking because I'm currently in the middle of rebristling a modern vacuums' brushroll. Thanks for your input. 2011hoover700
