Hoover 728 I have a 728;they are wonderful machines and I have the 707 too.Love the bags so,very Jefferson Airplane.

Best cleaner would be... the Hoover 26,27,28,then the 60 series.They were very well built and cleaned you carpets and floors.

Hoover 28 hoods the first was a metal hood with no decals,the second,was Bakelite with a revivited metal decal,the third was just a decal on the hood.Dr M Kaplan might agree on this.

the best... were from the 40's thru the 70's.The color schemes and the design's were all well designed.Some good and some not so good.

My family use... my parents use Hoover,both a upright and a canister.My aunt has a Hoover,cousin's all use some type of Hoover.Me I use a Henry as my daily driver.
