Feels good to be organized! :)

Thx so much :). I'm so happy that its all neat now. And haha, I just realized I left the poor dial-a-matic in the closet upstairs! I knew I forgot something...

Here's a bad before pic of the Kirby I'm polishing (on the right).

Feels good to be organized! :)

Oh, and here's a really bad pic (camera acts up sometimes) of the Kirby I'm polishing right now (steel wool and mother's). What do you think?

Feels good to be organized! :)

Poor little Kirby on the right works great, but missing its head; anyone have one? The mismatched green Kirby is my daily driver right now while I finish polishing the red one, and ALL Convertibles need new cords, and two need new switches. Oh, and the Hoover 835's wheels are really rough (like...

Feels good to be organized! :)

Well, finally, my vacuums are all in one place (instead of scattered and hidden in various corners of the house). It was driving me crazy having everything so spread out and disorderly like it was, so I decided to clear out the shelves in the basement (which involved a lot of clearing out the...

    SUICIDE WATCH

I know how you feel... Well, my long awaited Electrolux G that I bought last week arrived in the mail today...So all excited... I open it up, and see a G barely packed in there, just 1/4 full of cushioning stuff so the vacuum could get banged around that much more...I take it out, the cord bent...

The Hoover Convertibles. I'll be picking up another tomorrow. I take back what I said before, I thought 2 of these worked, they dont. But they're all eithe missing cords or have the cord cut, so that could be why.

The E-lux 1205; in good shape. Smooth (instead of textured) paint, so an earlier model?

The E-lux G :). This was so much more quieter than expected! I love it! Now to find a hose and attachments... Oh, and for the record, all of these have yet to be cleaned up...only had time to quickly take some pics. (and maybe try one or two out!)

The Kirby; works good, but dirty, and needs some parts...

This one works great, as does the E-lux 1205.

Got another hose today as well. The hoses I have only seem to fit the 1205 because of two little prong things at the end, ?

It was a good/bad but mostly good vac weekend!

2 different power nozzle styles? Im guessing one for G and one for 1205?

    Broken powernozzle, fixable?

Here is most of it, minus the Hoovers plus the XXX. Forgot to mention I also got a working Kirby (516?) without the head part.

It was a good/bad but mostly good vac weekend!

Got two E-lux's, 2 E-lux power heads (one's broken), a Rainbow that wont start, I think 3 convertibles, (2 work), and thats it for now...but he said call back every couple of weeks and just pick up any old vacs..awesome!

It was a good/bad but mostly good vac weekend!

Well, I am pretty happy. I admit my weekend didn't start off wonderful. After talking to the sellers of the vacs I bought in Pittsburgh, we decided to ship because it would be cheaper (forgot about tolls etc), which is good, just no cleaners right away... So over to Hagerstown I go to pick up...
