Power Nozzles for Central vac or Canister

I definitely wish that the Sebo and Lindhaus had headlights. You would think that the manufacturer would put headlights on a nozzle that can get under things. If you’re going under things, you just might want to see where your cleaning! Not sure why Lindhaus does not have lights on their nozzles...

    Miele customer moved to Sebo

Miele parts definitely aren’t worth the extra money when compared to Sebo. Although not German, I say that Sebo is the Toyota/Lexus of vacuums. They simply use what works and ensures that it works for many years, rather than worrying about the current trends. I think that the Sebo is much more...

You guys still get the red D4! Definitely better prices than the US!

    Favorite Modern Hardfloor Tool

Sounds good! I often have pieces of cat litter in one of the rooms, so that would be ideal. Somehow the cats find a way to scatter litter to the other side of the house!

Yes! The extension house has a sort of rubber cuff that goes on the canister hose, and it’s very secure. The only thing with car cleaning is that you would have to hold the canister handle or put something soft down for the handle, so it doesn’t get damaged. The extension hose just has a...

    Favorite Modern Hardfloor Tool

I want to try the Sebo premium at some point.

Power Nozzles for Central vac or Canister

That would be my main complaint with the Sebo, it gets the most hair wrapped around than the other options. Between an Australian shepherd and a longer haired cat, the Sebo is always full of hair for me to clean (not really full, but enough to clean off).

Power Nozzles for Central vac or Canister

I’ve heard about their high rpm as well! I have the single row brush in the 14inch head on my Healthcare, and I’ve never had to clean anything off of the brush roller. The brush remained clean even with my Australian shepherd’s hair, would have been nice to have when I had a border collie!

    Favorite Modern Hardfloor Tool

There are more floor brushes that are produced, so the poll is not fully representative. I listed some of the most common nozzles in the poll. I have found the Wessel Werk twister to be my favorite, it seems to get around things very well.

Power Nozzles for Central vac or Canister

The heights are a bit strange on the Sebo, but I find that the 3 is the same as the 3 on the Wessel Werk.

The Lindhaus does seem to make the carpets look better, possibly because of the scalloped baseplate. People always comment how good the carpet looks when I use the Lindhaus.

Power Nozzles for Central vac or Canister

Now that I have experienced all of the premium power nozzles currently in production, I have formed my top pick. Overall for quality I would choose the Lindhaus or Sebo. When choosing based upon personal preference I would choose the Sebo. Both the Sebo and Lindhaus are nimble, but I like some...

    Miele customer moved to Sebo

I used my D4 for the second time today, on the second floor of my house. The D4 is far better than the S8 in its operation. I’ll have to compare, but the hose on the D4 seems a bit longer. The longer hose correlates to the canister staying away from you, and you don’t have to move it as often...

    Miele customer moved to Sebo

I have a question for anyone that has the Sebo K3 or E3. Has anyone bought the larger Sebo dusting brush and clipped it onto the wand clip? The onboard brush is rather small, so I thought it would be practical to get the large brush and clip it to the wand.

I will say that I have never had much of an issue with the “cheap floor brush.” I had the cheaper brush on a Miele, Riccar, and my X4. I think the D4 has more suction at the floor, so the nozzle suctions down to the floor, making it harder to push. I’ll see how the turn and clean version works...

Recommended cordless stick vac to keep upstairs

I honestly do not like cordless vacuums, but Dyson is the best that I have used. I have the V8 and find it adequate. I often chase cat litter around with the V8, Dyson is the only cordless that has a real cyclone system. I would not recommend Shark anything.

I definitely like the commercial feel! The et1is much better on a canister, I think the et2 would be too much to handle with the big canister. The D4 is the most powerful canister I’ve had. Overall it’s a great machine! I will say that it takes some getting used to the way the canister steers...

I agree that the D4 does not cost them that much more to produce. The D and E use the same motors, and there is no way that the larger molds, longer cord, and the spinning light add up to the difference. The prices are high, but we’re forced to pay them here in the us if you really want one...

Miele always looks like a luxury piece, especially the beautiful Porsche paint on my Unique. Since I bought my X4, I can say that Sebo has superior quality. Of course I didn’t doubt the quality of the x4, I always see the cleaning people abusing the Windsor sensor in a building I frequent. I...
