Where do you find your data/evidence? Plenty of people trust and use central vacs. There pretty popular where I live so I find that pretty hard to believe.

To save everyone some time the first brand was Dyson, and tied in second place was shark and Bisslle. I figured it would be a central vac brand, I’ve heard there very popular in Canada. Is this correct?

Maybe try running it without the filter and see what happens. It looks like you have the wrong sized filter. Maybe try to find the correct one.
