    Eureka Boss 1934

Newer Blender style motor. The old motor is called a "pancake style" motor based on its appearance.

    Eureka Boss 1934

Here comes the pictures, I hope this helps! :-) The first one shows you a step I missed in taking the hood off. Using a T25 screwdriver or bit, unscrew the screw that is inside the dial. This releases the height adjustment, and it allows the hood to come off. when you put the hood back on and...

    Eureka Boss 1934

I will post a picture tomorrow of where to locate the carbon brushes. Its easier for me to explain with a picture where I can circle exactly where they are so you know where I'm getting at. I have an old Eureka upright, and the new 1934, so I will post a picture of both the new and old motor so...

    Eureka Boss 1934

These motors are very simple to replace, but have you checked the motor carbons? If so, and all else fails, you might be able to find a good used motor, or you could buy the new 5.0 amp blender style motor thats in the newer 1934's than yours, but it will still fit into yours. If you replace it...

    New Bench Vac

I still have to move my inlet under my desk though, as I hate having the hose hanging out on top of my desk. It seems to always get in the way :P I will probably do that tonight. Here's the bulky hose connected to the inlet on my bench/desk. Daniel :-)

    New Bench Vac

Awesome! I like your setup! I will have to post pictures of the setup we have at work. I don't work till Saturday though. We have the same machine piped up into the loft, and then it comes in down under the bench just like yours only there's a stretch hose, and we just have a mount that the hose...

    New Bench Vac

We have the same system as you mounted in the loft at work, which is piped down to our bench! It works great and its really quiet! I love the old NuTones! Our stretch hose just clips on to the bench and we have a toggle switch instead of the holster vac though. I would love to see pictures...

    New Bench Vac

Well i've managed to get this from the vacuum store/shop that I am currently working at :-) Its my new bench vac piped in from the back of my vac room, with an inlet at my desk/bench. This thing runs great! Would anybody be able to tell be how old it is? Its a model: 353CA, which i'm assuming...

    Kirby Heritage II Restoration

That looks just like my old Heritage II before pictures :P It looked just like that before and then I made it look nice, but not nearly as nice as yours! I traded mine in though for a G3 with all attachments at the vac shop where I work at now. You did a fantastic job! Daniel :-)

    Tristar Question

@jordan3399 The only thing I notice between the two models (yours compared to mine) is that my Tristar logo is silver, and the one on your CXL seems to be gold. Thanks! Daniel :-)

    kirby bag

I washed my on the coldest setting, and just used regular detergent, along with a spray on stain remover that I used to remove some stains from the previous owners without removing any colours. Also, its its a G series kirby, I wouldn't put the bag in the dryer. I hung mine over a rack in my...
